As for policy e-delivery, Michael Williams does not accept confidential documents by email. BridgeForce Financial Group views the fact that some companies are asking MGAs to email electronic insurance contracts to advisors as problematic.
“What if the broker’s email is not secure? In six months, we might hear of a company having cyber breaches,” Williams says.

Jim Virtue, president and chief operating officer of PPI, aims to facilitate the flow of business. “We see our main function as providing advisors with an easy platform that connects and enhances the e-tools that the carriers are delivering. We are developing a secure way to send information to advisors and receive information from them.”
PPI thus wants to help advisors make their practice more secure and effective, by streamlining their dealings with their customers.
