Global financial services firm Hub International Limited has acquired Jaimac Risk Management Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Jaimac, an independent insurance brokerage specializing in risk management and credit insurance for companies that have unique risk mitigation needs is located in Ottawa.
Hub President Paul Turner said the Jaimac team will join Hub Ontario.
In the past few years, Hub has acquired a number of insurance and employee benefits firms in Canada.
