Groupe Cloutier has appointed Jacen J. Campbell Vice-President, Investment and Retirement. He replaces Robert Lachance, who retired in fall 2020.

Campbell had been with CI since 2003. When he left, he had been serving as Vice-President of CI Global Asset Management, a division of CI Financial.

Prior to joining CI, Campbell was Vice-President at Synergy Asset Management until Synergy was acquired by CI in 2003.

Leading role with advisors

In the notice of appointment, Groupe Cloutier states that Campbell will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of investment-related sales activities for all Groupe Cloutier financial centres.

The new Vice-President, Investment and Retirement will assist and support his advisors in preparing, presenting, negotiating and implementing solutions for their customers, the MGA adds.

Jacen J. Campbell’s arrival will further Groupe Cloutier’s goal of remaining the leading team in the distribution of financial products and services, the MGA’s notice reads.
