A financial advisor since 2007, Hugo Neveu founded his own firm, Hugo Neveu Gestion Financière, in 2012. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has acquired 4,700 clients.

In addition to the head office of his company, located in Saint-Jean-Chrysostome, Quebec, Neveu opened an office in the Lebourgneuf neighborhood on the North Shore of Quebec City.

His accomplishments in the financial services community earned him the prestigious Prix relève award from Quebec’s Chambre de la sécurité financière in 2015.

Neveu says he attributes great importance to education in his career. He also wants to educate the general public about personal finance. This prompted him to launch, in October 2013, his own web-based series, conseillerfinancier.tv through which he provides various informative capsules.

Neveu also seeks to help his peers. He has developed a financial needs analysis software, ABF Québec. With this software, he wants to optimize and lighten the work of financial advisors by helping them target the needs of their clients.

Since 2016, Neveu has also worked with the Groupe AFL. He supervises and coaches all the financial services advisors in the Laval, Lévis, Boucherville, Québec, Chicoutimi and Baie-Comeau branches.

Neveu says he has many other projects that he wishes to carry out in insurance industry, including contributing to technological advances in the field.
