Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. announced July 13 that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Sun Life, wherein it will provide its virtual healthcare and wellness platform to Sun Life members in the United States through Sun Life’s U.S. health and risk solutions business.
The company says the deal paves the way for additional deals in the U.S. and other international markets. Incorporated in 2016, Dialogue, a virtual care provider and healthcare hub, first partnered with Sun Life in March 2020.
“The platform will be used to provide a modern health and wellness experience to members of Sun Life’s U.S. health and risk solutions business, empowering them to take proactive action on their health and improve health outcomes,” the firm stated in an announcement about the licensing agreement.
Dialogue’s chief technology officer, Alexis Smirnov says the firm has grown the platform over seven years. “With Sun Life, we believe our platform will enhance their ability to address the health and wellness needs of their members and increase engagement.”
