Insurance brokerage Hub International Limited has acquired JM Rose Insurance Agency Limited, which does business as usefulideas. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Toronto, usefulideas® is a full-service business consultancy, employee benefits and group retirement firm. Joanne Rose, Principal and Senior Benefits Consultant at usefulideas®, will join Hub Ontario and report to Matt Lievers, president of Employee Benefits of Hub Ontario.
