Hub International announced May 6 that it has acquired the assets of Kelliher Agencies.
Kelliher Agencies is a full service, independent insurance brokerage that provides personal, commercial, farm and specialty products insurance. It is headquartered in Kelliher, Saskatchewan.
Hub says the firm’s “focus on the agribusiness industry supports Hub's specialty practices by complementing and strengthening Hub's existing capabilities.” Craig Bolton, co-owner of Kelliher Agencies, will join HUB International Manitoba Limited.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
