BrokerLink is continuing its expansion.
The Intact Financial Corporation subsidiary the acquisitions of three new companies: D. G. Smith Insurance and Teck Insurance in Ontario, and Robinson Insurance in Alberta, all of which closed on Nov. 1.
The three acquired brokers offer home, auto and business insurance.
These new transactions bring the number of Brokerlink’s acquisitions up to 23 since the beginning of 2022. The last two acquisitions date back to October.
