Hub International announced March 6 that it has acquired London, Ontario-based Zavitz Insurance and Wealth, Inc.
The firm offers group employee benefits, living benefits and life insurance services, and financial and retirement planning. It serves clients in the London region, and across Canada, says the statement.
Terry Zavitz, the firm’s president, and Justine Zavitz, vice-president, will be joining Hub Ontario. The firm will now be called Zavitz Insurance and Wealth, a Hub International company.
Terms of the deal were not released.
This is the second acquisition of 2024 for Hub International in Canada. The first was announced Feb. 12.
