Joane Bourdeau has just been appointed Vice-President, Operations of Financial Horizons Group, Québec Region, and its subsidiary Excel Private Wealth.
Financial Horizons Group informed Insurance Portal by email that this new position was, created “to provide advisors and clients with a consistent, efficient and customer-centric experience for both Financial Horizons Group and Excel Private Wealth.”
Bourdeau will lead Financial Horizons Group's regional operations in Quebec and Excel Private Wealth’s operations across Canada.
Experienced in brokerage
Bourdeau previously acted as an administration and compliance consultant for the Montreal area for Barrington Wealth Partners, whose brokerage network extends across Canada.
She also worked for 20 years with the National Bank of Canada, notably as vice-president of Operations at National Bank Insurance Firm, a position she held for 16 years. The last position she held at the financial institution before her departure in 2018 was Vice-President, Operations and Administration of National Bank Insurance.
