FP Canada announced March 24 the cancellation of the June administration of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) exam and Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) exam across Canada due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

FP Canada is taking this step to protect the health and safety of all, in light of the social distancing measures being recommended by governments and health authorities,” said the organization in a statement.

Anyone registered for the CFP exam scheduled for June 4, or the QAFP exam scheduled for June 5, will be automatically enrolled in the next sitting of these exams. They are scheduled to take place Nov. 26 and Nov. 27, respectively.
