Navacord Corp., a commercial insurance brokerage, announced on March 24 the acquisition of Benemax Financial Group Inc. of Richmond Hill, Ontario, effective March 11.

Benemax provides SMEs with guidance in the management of employee, executive and shareholder benefits programs, with clients in various business sectors. Benemax will be joining JDIMI Consulting, Navacord’s largest broker partner dedicated to group benefits and retirement consulting.
