Manuvie Financial shortens its brand to Manulife
Since the end of 2014, Manulife Financial has been gradually changing its brand over to just Manulife for the insurer’s various services and activities (web pages, marketing documents, building signs etc.). The changeover should be completed sometime between now and the middle of 2016.
Transamerica becomes ivari
Last October, Transamerica Life of Canada changed its name to ivari. The decision was made after the American reinsurer Wilton Re purchased Transamerica from the Dutch insurer Aegon.
iA Financial Group
Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services and its subsidiaries modernized their image and took on the iA brand in 2015. Industrial Alliance now markets its products and services as iA Financial Group.
Dynacare
Last May, Medaxio adopted a new image and become Dynacare, with the aim of becoming a leader in healthcare solutions and wellness in Canada. This change signified the company's desire to become much more than a paramedical company.
