Hub International has announced that it has acquired the shares of Pointbreak Consulting Group Ltd., a Burnaby, B.C.-based employee benefits and pension consulting services firm. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Kevin Jeffrey will join Hub TOS
In a statement issued Feb. 16, Hub International said that Kevin Jeffrey, Principal and CEO of Pointbreak, will join Hub TOS and report to Dave Terry, President of Hub TOS.
