Great-West Life adopts Dialogue platform nationwide

Dialogue Technologies, a virtual health-care service platform, and Great-West Life announced on Dec. 4 the expansion of the insurer’s integrated health care services to its own employees in every province and the Yukon.

Last year, Great-West Life began offering Dialogue’s services to select employers based in Ontario and Quebec. The insurer says it decided to roll out the service to its 10,000 employees due to the positive feedback it has received about the program.

The virtual health-care service connects their employees to a team of medical professionals who can diagnose a number of conditions, provide medical advice, make a referral to a specialist or write a prescription.
