Desjardins Global Asset Management will terminate some exchange traded funds, while reducing fees on others.

The funds to be terminated are: Desjardins Canada Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETF, Desjardins USA Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETF, Desjardins Developed ex-USA ex-Canada Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETF, and Desjardins Emerging Markets Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETF. 

Collectively, the ETFs are the Desjardins Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETFs. They will be terminated on or about July 28. All units still held by investors will be subject to a mandatory redemption as of the termination Date. Effective July 14, no further subscriptions for units of the Desjardins Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETFs will be accepted, says DGAM. 

The company also announced that effective June 1, DGAM is lowering the management fee for the Desjardins Cap-Weighted Low CO2 ETFs as follows:
