Association president, and Bridgeforce president, Michael Williams also took the opportunity to ask members for feedback on his leadership so far. Williams is two years into a three-year term. He told the group he intends to seek a second term, with the membership's support. Those present widely indicated approval for his work so far, and encouraged him to continue in his current role.

Incoming board members and committee chairs include Williams, past president Paul Brown of IDC WorldSource, treasurer, Marc Lantaigne or Financial Horizons, Clementine Peacock, CAILBA's new executive director, Allan Bulloch, Terri Botosan of Hub Financial, Michel Kirouac of Groupe Cloutier, Keith Newhook of PPI Solutions, Nick Simone of Qualified Financial Services, Arnold Scheerder of R.G. Packman & Associates, and Wayne Yu of Pacific Place Financial Services. Williams also took the opportunity to thank Bob Ferguson for his past six years of service as CAILBA's executive director.
