RBC Global Asset Management announced April 5 the closure of three bond funds effective June 25, 2021. They are the BlueBay $U.S. Global Convertible Bond Fund (Canada), the BlueBay $U.S. Global Convertible Bond Class (Canada), and the RBC Global Bond & Currency Fund.
RBC GAM says unitholders may redeem or switch their holdings in the funds until market close on June 23. Any remaining units will be redeemed and the proceeds distributed to unitholders.
Unitholders are encouraged to contact their advisor to discuss the closures and their investment options.
