Now that Manulife has completed its acquisition of Standard Life's Canadian assets, it has announced that Standard Life Investments’ president Roger Renaud will head the Canadian operations of Manulife Asset Management.
"The position of President, Canada, is a new one for Manulife Asset Management," reads the press release announcing Renaud's appointment. Besides developing and implementing Manulife's asset management strategy and business in Canada, Renaud will also help integrate Standard Life Investment's Canadian operations into Manulife Asset Management.
