The Canadian Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (CAILBA) has launched a wide-ranging survey of its managing general agent (MGA) members to improve the contents of the toolbox that is available to them. With a view to offering members more suitable services, CAILBA hopes to reduce the number of attachments, eliminate problems with document editing, reduce the number of explanatory documents, and make it easier to update information for compliance standards, notably for the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) and the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators (CCIR)
