Kronos Technologies and VieFUND Corporation announced Nov. 21 the launch of a new data gateway between the VieFUND back-office software and the Kronos Finance CRM system.

This integration enables investment dealers to have access to a bilingual Canadian web-based CRM (customer relationship management) solution that is automatically populated with their client data, stated the companies in a joint announcement.

Greater connectivity to client data

“With the VieFUND back-office software, investment dealers will be able to offer their advisors greater connectivity to their client data,” says Ray Adamson, Chief Customer Officer of Kronos. “And, because it’s fully integrated with the Kronos Finance CRM, it enables advisors to work more efficiently and effectively. Advisors will have a clearer picture of their clients’ current situation and the opportunities that exist going forward.”
