Kronos Technologies and VirtGroup have formed an integration partnership aimed at providing insurance and investment advisors with enhanced connectivity to client data, said the companies in an announcement this week.

This partnership has allowed for the creation of a gateway between the VirtGate’s back office technology and the Kronos Finance customer relationship manager (CRM) system.

Removes roadblocks

“With the VirtGate back office, MGAs will be able to offer their advisors greater connectivity to their client data. The integration will remove roadblocks to the advisor's effectiveness, increase efficiency and enable them to better serve their clients,” said Ray Adamson, Chief Customer Officer of Kronos Technologies.

“Everyone wins if you put the advisor first,” said Tim Fitzpatrick, President of VirtGroup. “That means providing the advisor with the data they need to serve their clients. The data must be portable so the advisor can freely choose their technology solutions. Now we’re able to get this data to the advisors’ Kronos Finance CRM.”
