iA Financial Group announced April 24 the launch of Well-Balanced^TM, its new group insurance health and wellness offer designed to help organizations efficiently manage health-related issues.

Well-Balanced offers a range of tools and services – including several offered free of charge in iA’s health insurance plans – to give plan members access to various health-related resources and encourage them to take control of their health issues to improve their quality of life, says the company.

Telephone assistance service

These tools and services include an online information platform and a personalized telephone assistance service through which plan members can find a doctor in their area, identify risk factors related to their lifestyle and get tips to improve their health or support for mental health concerns.
