Hub International has completed its first Canadian acquisition of 2025. On March 6, the company announced the acquisition of Drayton Valley Insurance Agency, a property and casualty firm based in Drayton Valley, Alberta. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The firm will continue to operate under the name Drayton Valley Insurance Agency, a Hub International company, stated the press release. Its owner, Dale Jones, along with his team, will join Hub Prairies.
In an email to Insurance Portal, Hub confirmed that it closed 2024 with a total of eight acquisitions in Canada. Among them, the company expanded its whole-farm insurance business.
