Hub International announced Nov. 4 that it has acquired Alberta-based Stalco Insurance Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Stalco Insurance is a family-owned insurance firm offering commercial and personal insurance. It has locations in Wainwright, Provost and Kitscoty, Alberta. Stalco focuses on various industries, including agribusiness.
Adam Doyle, COO of Stalco Insurance, will join Hub International Canada West and report to Sarah Cameron, Vice President of Operations for the region.
