U.S.-based Hub International has made 21 acquisitions since the beginning of this year. The brokerage firm announced its most recent acquisition – that of Cottenie and Gardner Inc. – on June 4.
Cottenie & Gardner is a full-service, independent insurance brokerage headquartered in Kamsack, Saskatchewan. It offers personal and commercial insurance solutions, including government auto and farming solutions.
Co-owners Ted Gardner and Les Fedorak will be joining Hub International Manitoba Limited. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
