Hub Financial announced March 10 that it has acquired the assets of Mississauga-based The President's Group Insurance Agency Inc.
Originally founded in 1978, The President's Group “is a pioneer in the insurance industry that has helped over 4,000 Canadians secure life insurance,” says an announcement from Hub International.
The President’s Group team, which is focused on helping business owners protect their legacy, will join Hub Financial, says the announcement.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
