Hub International announced Oct. 8 that it has acquired PDF Financial Group Inc. (PDF), a Toronto-based brokerage offering consulting and outsourcing services for employee benefit programs, human resources, and related financial advice.
Peter Demangos, Founder and President of PDF, will join Hub Ontario.
The acquisition reinforces Hub’s strategy to expand in the Canadian employee benefits market. Hub has acquired several firms in recent months.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
