Hub International announced July 3 that it has acquired Berk Bilgen Insurance Ltd. (BBI), an insurance brokerage based in Edmonton, Alberta that provides personal and commercial insurance solutions, including home, auto, life and travel.
Under the leadership of Berk and Heather Bilgen, BBI has grown to become a market leader in the Edmonton area, says Hub.
The Bilgens will be active in the transition of the business to Hub. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
