Financial Horizons Group has made it on to this year's list of PROFIT 500 companies.

Each year, Canadian Business magazine ranks companies according to their five-year revenue growth for its PROFIT 500 list. The managing general agent Financial Horizons Group ranked 169th in the most recent edition, which was published last week. The magazine's editor-in-chief James Cowan says that companies make it on to the list because of their innovative thinking, through the use of smart strategies, and thanks to "sheer grit".

"Honoured and proud"

“Financial Horizons Group is honoured and proud to be on the PROFIT 500 ranking,” comments the MGA's CEO John Hamilton. “This ranking reflects not only the growth but the strength of our company, which is driven by the dedication of our teams and the success of our advisors.”

Financial Horizons Group is based in Kitchener, Ontario and has has 30 offices across the country. The firm has expanded its business significantly over the past few years through both acquisitions and organic growth. As we reported earlier this month, Genstar intends to sell its 75% stake in the MGA.
