Excel Funds Management announced Nov. 23 that it has obtained the required approval of unitholders of Excel Blue Chip Equity Fund, and the approval of regulators, to merge the fund into the Excel Emerging Markets Balanced Fund.
The fund manager anticipates that the merger will be completed on or about November 24, 2017. Upon completion of the merger, the fund will be terminated.
