The Intact Financial Corporation top management team is being reshuffled.
Mathieu Lamy will step down from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer on May 31. The insurer calls this a retirement, but added that Lamy will “continue to stay closely involved with IFC” by assuming the new position of Vice Chair, Innovation and Technology, beginning September 1, 2021.
Patrick Barbeau, Senior Vice President, Claims, will become Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective May 31.
