BrokerLink acquires Impact Brokers

BrokerLink announced March 4 that it acquired Impact Brokers Inc. (Impact Insurance) effective March 1, 2020.

Impact Insurance is based in Concord, Ontario, and has been providing commercial and personal insurance solutions for more than 25 years. It offers customized commercial insurance services and business, home, auto and group insurance products.

Impact Insurance employees will continue to serve customers as part of the BrokerLink team, says the company.

“We are excited to welcome Impact Insurance to the BrokerLink team,” said Joe D’Annunzio President of BrokerLink in a statement. “Their commitment to customer service and pride in their work align with our values and how we behave to uphold our excellent reputation.”
