RF Capital Group Inc., the parent company of Richardson Wealth Limited, announced June 14 that Christina Clement, formerly of BMO Private Wealth and RBC Dominion Securities, is the company’s new vice president, practice growth and execution, for Richardson Wealth.

The newly created position focusing on advisor and practice development is part of the company’s relatively new organic growth goals. “We are entering an exciting new phase of a multi-year transformation,” says RF Capital’s president and CEO, Kish Kapoor. “Her mandate is to provide support and tools to help our advisors and their high-net-worth clients thrive here better than anywhere else.”

Clement’s experience working with advisors includes managing a team of practice management consultants supporting 900 BMO Private Wealth advisory teams. She also worked on coaching the top 500 RBC Dominion Securities advisors across Canada in practice management, branch management and advisor training.

“Her consulting, training and sales management skills along with her superior organization, time management and listening skills will make her an incredible asset to our company and a popular resource among our advisory teams,” the company added in a statement announcing her appointment. “This hire puts us right on track to further enhance our advisor-centric culture,” they add. “We have every intention of unlocking our full potential by leveraging our industry’s top talent.”
