IIROC fines bank-owned firms $1.5-million

The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada announced today that it has accepted a settlement agreement, with sanctions, between IIROC staff and RBC Dominion Securities, Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
