Hub International Limited announced Oct. 4 that it has acquired the assets of National Home Warranty Group Inc., a subsidiary of Aviva Canada Inc. This news follows an Aug. 24 announcement that a purchase agreement had been reached.
The firm provides home warranty coverage to 15,000 homes and homeowners annually in Western Canada. It has offices in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta, and Vancouver and Langley, British Columbia and partnerships with more than 3,500 registered builders.
“The National Home Warranty team will join Hub Canada West, continuing to service and support clients under their brand,” says Hub.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
