VP Training and Development
Don Hart, CHS, entered the Insurance industry in 1981. He developed his personal practice in 1990, focusing on disability insurance. Don knows that regardless of what you sell, Advice is the product of the professional advisor and service is our business.
In 1992, Don became the regional training manager for Canada Life in Ontario.
In 2002, he became a partner in a then Small MGA in Ontario with 100 advisors. After 13 years of recruiting and working closely with advisors on cases and appointments in the field, Don left that MGA with 1200 advisors to join IDC WIN as the Vice President of Training and Development.
Don has delivered over 1000 seminars and workshops and loves helping advisors who want to be better.
Don still has 400 clients and works as an advisor helping people reach their financial goals.
