How can I confirm that I attended the conferences and get CE credits?
To receive CE credits, please do not refresh the page, do not close the window, and do not watch in full screen mode until the end of the conference.
Networking and question period with speakers
Do I need to be registered to participate in the networking event and to be able to talk to the speakers?
How do I access the network?
What platform is being used for networking and how does it work?
R. We use the Wonder platform, which only works with a desktop computer and not a mobile device or tablet.
Can I cancel/transfer my registration?
R. Registration cannot be cancelled and is non-transferable. If you are not available on October 20 and 21, you can view the conferences upon request until November 30, 2021.
I need to register a group. How do I do it?

Live and recorded viewing
I have already registered, but I did not receive the link to attend the conference. How do I access the content on October 20 and 21, and what about after that?
R. If you are registered, the conferences will be unlocked starting at 11 a.m. (EDT) on October 20. You can view them directly on the program page: https://insurance-portal.ca/csc2021/program/. The talks will also be available from this link starting from October 25 for replay.
If I am not available on October 20 or 21, can I view the conferences at any other time?
R. Yes, the conferences will be available until November 30, 2021. You can view them as often as you want. Replays will be available starting Monday, October 25, 2021.
