The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) announced it has launched an Innovation and Emerging Technology Advisory Committee, otherwise known as INNOTECH. The INNOTECH advisory committee will evaluate new and emerging technology and digital innovation in the property & casualty insurance industry. The committee’s goal is to use research and analysis to identify opportunities believed to have the highest likelihood of success.

“As emerging technology and digital innovation continue to drive major change in the competitive landscape, our goal is to help deliver effective solutions aimed at improving the overall customer experience,” says Dennis Dalmas, senior vice president, solutions delivery, at Northbridge Insurance. “I’m thrilled to be part of the INNOTECH committee.”

The thirteen member committee also includes representatives from Aviva Canada Inc.Gore Mutual InsuranceIntact InsuranceRSA CanadaTravelers CanadaWawanesa Insurance and the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada.
