National Bank has announced the two recipients of its Women in Financial Markets Scholarship Program. Denis Girouard, executive vice president, financial markets, as well as members of the financial markets team, presented Florence Godard-Kalogiros and Ekin Ober with scholarships in the amount of $10,000 each.

Godard-Kalogiros is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management, Finance specialization at HEC Montreal. Ober is doing a Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School and a Master’s in Business Administration at Schulich School of Business.

Internship and mentorship opportunities

In addition to financial support, the scholarship program offers internship and mentorship opportunities within National Bank.
