Dear Editor,I have to tell you that I really enjoy reading Jim Ruta's column in The Insurance and Investment Journal. Jim certainly has a knack for communicating the basics of this business in an interesting way.
It's far too easy in this industry to get sidetracked by "shiny objects". His columns help me re-focus on what is really important in my business. I suffer from ADD (Advisor Distraction Disorder) just like so many others, so every issue is like visiting ol' Doc Ruta for some Business Ritalin.
