Hub International announced March 5 that it has acquired Markham, Ontario-based LSM Insurance Services Ltd. (LSM).
LSM is an online provider of life and health insurance solutions. It specializes in the hard-to-insure market.
Lorne Marr, Owner and Director of LSM, will join Hub Financial Inc., a subsidiary of Hub International. "This is an exciting opportunity for us," said Marr. "We look forward to helping Hub Financial build the most robust lead generation program in the industry."
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
