Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) announced Oct. 2 that it will be terminating the Horizons Managed Global Opportunities ETF (ticker: HGM) effective at the close of business on Dec. 9, 2020.
No further direct subscriptions for units of the ETF are being accepted. Dec. 3, 2020, is expected to be the last date on which a redemption request may be placed, said the company.
The ETF is expected to be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange, at Dec. 4, 2020, with all units still held by investors being subject to a mandatory redemption.
