The Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC) announced on Oct. 10 the members of its President's List for the June 2018 sitting of the CFP® examination. This distinction recognizes the CFP candidates who achieved the highest marks out of the 473 exam writers.

The President’s List honourees are Katelyn Culliton of Waterloo, Ontario who came in first place and Neal Kongkham of London, Ontario who tied for second place with Blair Evans of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

All three candidates have subsequently obtained their CFP certification.

“Congratulations to Katelyn, Neal and Blair for their outstanding performance on this challenging examination,” says FPSC President and CEO Cary List. “CFP certification represents the highest level of knowledge, skills, experience and ethics expected of the financial planning profession. We wish these individuals success in their careers as CFP professionals.”
