Dynamic Funds has added five investment mandates to its Dynamic Private Investment Pools. The funds became available for purchase on March 9, 2015:

  • The Dynamic Conservative Yield Private Pool and the Dynamic Conservative Yield Private Pool Class are conservative, income-producing pools managed by 1832 Asset Management, with a portion of the Pools sub-advised by Aurion Capital Management. They will invest primarily in fixed income and income-oriented equity securities from around the world. The corporate class version of the pool offers certain tax advantages.

  • The Dynamic North American Dividend Private Pool seeks to provide both income and long-term capital appreciation by identifying undervalued dividend-paying securities with an ability to increase dividends, principally in Canada and the U.S. The pool is managed by Cecilia Mo of 1832 Asset Management.

  • The Dynamic Tactical Bond Private Pool seeks to provide income and some long-term capital returns and is free to invest in all kinds of fixed-income investments provided it maintains an average credit rating of A- or better. The pool is actively managed by Christine Horoyski of Aurion Capital Management.

  • The Dynamic International Dividend Private Pool seeks to provide income and long-term capital appreciation by investing in high quality dividend-paying business franchises that are located or doing business primarily outside of North America. The pool is managed by Dana Love of 1832 Asset Management.
