The reshuffling wave in business insurance is not subsiding yet.

Canada-wide brokerage NFP announced that it has hired two new vice presidents. Both were recruited from competitors.

Donna Holt is leaving her position as Vice President, Corporate Risk and Broking at Willis Towers Watson to join NFP's Complex Risk Solutions group in Canada. Her expertise lies in rail, energy and mining markets.

Lee Picher is also joining the Complex Risk Solutions team. He previously worked as Senior Vice President and senior client executive at Marsh Canada. Lee has expertise in the mining, construction, rail and transportation arenas. He is also qualified to practise in Québec: He holds a broker's license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers.

“Our momentum in adding experts with significant experience in specific industry verticals is good for the growth of our business and even better for our clients. More than ever, companies need partners who understand the evolving complexities of various risks and teams that can help them pinpoint challenges, mitigate complex risks and stay focused on growing their operations,” commented Evan Garner, managing director of NFP's Complex Risk Solutions Group.
